The original ideas include the teamwork that facilitates the capturing and re-writing of stories own by those who are too busy to tell or write.

Then it was realized that the techniques of writing need to be developed and passed on to speed up the process of capture, writing, and re-using the stories.

The teamwork needs training in business organization and management.

The teamwork would become a new line of practices by those involved in helping professions, especially those involved in non-profit helping.
