Chham-siông kap kau-sia̍p 參詳與交涉

最近的罷工互我想起幾項的功課:   需求、目的、與目標; 追求理想的方法與策略;招伴的方法。

The recent strikes of the stewardesses remind me of some lessons: Needs, requirements, objectives, and targets; the methods, including strategies, for pursuing the fulfillment of ideals;  the methods of gathering companions and partners.

工會 (請注意,是工會,不是公會,這裡用華語發音時會混淆思考)有沒有跟業主「參詳」(是「協商」嗎?)的空間?
工人有沒有跟業主「參詳」(是「協商」嗎?)的空間?
工會 ≒ 工人
工會利益 ≒ 工人利益
∵ 空間是人為的,而不是自然現象。
∴ 不是有沒有空間的問題,而是「有沒有營造出空間」的問題。
看起來好像沒有工會或是公會在培養會員的「交涉、協商」技能。工運的手法已經演化幾代了?在培養會員們交涉、協商的技能。大致上好像還停留在第一代工運的手法。
It appears that the unions / occupational / professional associations are not developing the skills of negotiations of the members. How many generations have the labor movements gone through? It appears that the labor movement, going on in Taiwan now, utilizes the method of the first generation of labor movement.
