Directory and Referral

Directory and referral services - publicizing, in the web, keywords and tags related to the people in our directories for people anywhere to connect with the kind of people they are looking for without publicizing the personal information. The directory can collect information of people beyond Taiwanese in St. Louis. The keywords could be about persons, business, expertise, charge for their services, etc. depending on what the people are willing to be searched for. 

We need volunteers to maintain the database and transfer mails of searching. The searching people will send mail to the webmaster. The mails of searching would be forwarded to the people being found. The people being found decide what they want to do with the search. 

Recommendation and Referrals will be treated just like ordinary searching in the directory.

Uniqueness and distinctive points will not be publicized here at this point of time until the system is working. (July 30, 2017)
Actions:

1. Publish to call for voluntary supplies of directory information, including names, contact methods (email, phone) and other searchable information of the participants' choice.
2. Receive and manage the information for searching and referrals.
3. Transfer the inquiries to the person being sought after.
4. Maintain the collection and the history of searching, forwarding, referral, and perhaps the results and the lessons learned.

Data stores

1. Collection of the searchable information and the browsable information.
2. Collection of the keywords and tags for searching.
3. Collection of the correspondence of searching, forwarding, referral, lessons learned.
4. Collection would accept historical information even the information about deceased persons.
